This 50-storey tower opposite Lloyd’s of London rises to an impressive height of 224.5 metres (802 feet). Designed by architects Rogers Stirk Harbour the building respects the views of St Paul’s Cathedral whilst emerging elegantly with its distinctive tapering profile into the City of London skyline.
Pyrostye fire doors and screens were specified on this prestigious project thanks to their winning combination of aesthetic appeal and unrivalled protection. Finished in black PPC to compliment the lobby area design we manufactured and installed Pyrostyle fire doors and screens on all 45 lettable floors of this extraordinary development, working with a challenging tight construction site.
Despite construction being delayed due to the recession, The Leadenhall Building’s place in design history was confirmed when it won the 2015 City of London Building of the Year. Stewart Fraser’s attention to detail has once again enabled us to be part of yet another iconic London development.
